WHFB: Tomb Kings vs High Elves! DoubleBatrep 1/2

Explained a few things wrong:

1-Chariots charge swordmasters with 'the banner of sorcery' not 'the shield of saphery' which is a spell, that wasn't active on the unit at the time of my charge
2-Tomb Guard "killed the dragon prince standard bearer" when I meant "champion" during the challenge
3-Tiranoc Chariot charged 'the heirophant' when I meant 'the liche on the casket'

You need to read the the pdf on the GW web site. The errata says you do get the magic resistance against the casket. Also, you can use the magic resistance + dispell dice to stop the casket as long as that unit has line of sight.

BtW: A quotation from GW which you can find in the FAQ or Errata from the Tomb Kings:

"Magic Resistance does work against the Caskets Light of Death, so long as the model/unit with Magic Resistance would be affected (...)" Your opponent can choose ONE unit with magic resistance which is affected to get extra dice.

Great battle report, but i wish people would learn that the FAQ isnt set in stone, theres so many things it gets wrong if you read the genuine description in the rules. For example it says for the light of death the generals leadership can be used, in the rules its explicit that the generals ld can only be used for ld based tests.
