Camtasia Studio - Clearing Recent Projects/Recordings

This video will show you how to clear recent projects in Camtasia Studio Versions 4 through 7. I have provided a download link in the post for this on our website. The link is below the video on our site:

UPDATED Information:

When you are done you will have two files. The original notepad file which you will want to save for later use when an upgrade becomes available to Camtasia Studio. And another file that you will make and save for your Windows Registry. Save them both in a safe place you can remember.

As Ryan from TechSmith asked and I did not point out in the video keep in mind that you will have to double click that Registry file every time you want to clear the Recent Projects/Recordings from Camtasia Studio. I cannot say if this works on a Mac because I do not own one to try it or know how things are done on that end.

And how can i make it back if i dont want it anymore?

I would definitely save or have a backup of your Windows Registry before changing any of the Windows Registry Settings. That is just a caution. You would have this backup done first before you try it and then if you did not want to use it I guess you could just restore it to what you had before changing the Registry.
