this isnt ps2, anyway i had alot of cheats on but dressing cj is easy just go to a clothes store and also in cars u cant get out as well i just commited suicide

Wow, i've seen this cheat b4 but it's like new physics in the game, he can control the spinning/floating in the air, weird!
