This isn't really grammatically correct. It should read:

"I don't like to work overtime."

or even

"I don't like when I have to work overtime."

im getting all the main words and subjects and stuff, but i can never really figure out the little stuff i between, that connect the words. Things like the, they, have, are, it, at, is, etc
