poor people in the hood do not drink more than the middle and upper class - the poor are just on public display more - the rich and mid rich hide out in restaurants & bars, drive not walk to liquor stores, and have a home to drink in. They are just better at hiding it.
well...its a big issue, but i think the guy in the end got a bit off topic since the interviewer let him roll. overall good interviews, especially with the chinese woman. im from chicago and its the same...theres lines out the door all day people just waiting to get in on the south side of the city. its just like gambling...people drink heavily to escape their problems for a the time being
