This yoga sequence is gentle enough for you to do daily, designed for optimal flexibility. Get a good stretch in your hamstrings, hips, shoulders and overall core area. Use this after your workout as a cooldown! No chaturangas!

Try it for yourself and do what works for you today. Do it again tomorrow. With regular practice the flexibility and strength will come.
