Meh. He's better than 99 percent, I'd agree with that....but I'd have to say, IMHO, the best would be Brad Delp of Boston. There are some youtube submissions of primarily vocal tracks, masters, and they are amazing. What would have been sweet would have been a collaboration between the two.

As an American, I'd like to thank Canada for the tremendous wealth of great musical talent your people have given the world. Perhaps the greatest of which is this man, Burton Cummings. This song in particular, speaks to me like few others have. Well done.
