SSBB Rant on the Cheap-Ass Cpus

They aren't necessarily hard, just cheap as hell.

I may redo this vid. As in, make a new Movie Maker vid, and replace the footage in this vid, since my skillz have improved, and my opinions have changed. Just letting the people who somehow care know.

They have the ability to mind read because they "look" at your controller. The game picks up what move you're doing, no matter how unexpected it would be to a human and attempts to dodge it. I don't find the computers hard or cheap cuz I usually just rape them. I do get pissed off how they only go after you but that's why you just 1v1 them. Also, Sonic is undodgeable when he's a lvl 9 super sonic so beware.

it's been a long, long time since I made this vid.

My skillz have vastly improved, and all I can say is this:

Unless you are playing as a really bad character, there are only around 5 CPUs that are really cheap compared to even among the most skilled users of those characters.

-Ice Climbers, what happens when you take the Ice Climbers, and give them complete control over both of the ICs? Cheapness. Undeniable cheapness. You can't use any grabs, any attempts to combo will be thwarted etc

my only problem with CPU is that they follow you. and only go after you.

i hate that there inhuman reflexes allow them to shield/dodge/counter your attacks for a fraction of a second so they lose hardly any shield time and they can easily spam grabs once your attack fails especially when you have a character such as Kirby(who i play with a lot) that has split second delays before some of his specials that human players wouldn't notice but allows CPU's to spam grabs

Cpu's learn from you as you play Brawl I use Foxes reflector to float in the air cpu Fox copies they are not cheap because People online are so good you'd rather face 3 cpu's at once

Also, when a human player has gotten a smashball, it only takes what? 2 hits? But it takes 20 fricken hits to get it out of cpus. I hate that.

ssbb has the worst AI ever. because they attack only p1 and cannot lose their items. (cheating AI)

not only all that the game practicaily gives items to cpus and puts items (i.e all types of bombs) in a bad place for you i mean cmon i get a fireflower and a smartbomb just magicalliy apeares while i use it
