  • I think it says "Insufficient Caselaw"

  • @random2310 Interesting theory. But there's no reason he'd cite case law in a speeding ticket case.

  • If the officer did not tell the truth or whole truth in ANY aspect of the incident in question, then he cannot be considered a credible witness and the judge BY LAW must not count his testimony as credible evidence and thats why he was found NOT GUILTY.

  • Congrats, good job, sure it'll give you some confidence build up for future 'offences' keep it up!

  • Good job, I didn't hear anything hateful said about the cops either. We can all co-exist. Some people would chain themsevles to a tree and hold a sign to try to get out of the ticket....all the while there are perfectly legal ways to fight the system.

  • @intelligentwarfare13 I have a feeling that you might be right... lol

  • I am from Portugal, but my writting is also sort of hieroglific too... so I think it said:

    Insufficient Criteria...

    Just my 2 cents. Peace

  • Good for you Dude, when i lived there i was always in conflict with those pricks, ive lost so much money to them its crazy......Ps i hate there Flat Top hair Cuts..

  • I find it really hilarious when the judge asked the cop if he had any questions for the defendant after he told he judge he wasn't stationary and he didn't even attempt to back his statement up. pwn.

  • THE ONE DISLIKE IS THE WITNESS COP LOL

  • I have 10 days to respond to a citation for 81 in a 65 and this video is inspirational. I absolutely refuse to pay any sum, even if the original sum is negotiated prior to trial. I am not confident that I can reproduce this success, however, because I presume that the false testimony of the officer was largely responsible for the Not Guilty verdict. I am not an activist either.

  • youre the man. i want to respond this way to police but cant seem to come up with a respectful way to resist in the moment.. Also, i honestly don't think that this way of dealing with the law is tolerated so much where i'm from... (hometown SC and i currently live in GA and work in TN).. It would help to video document my encounters, yet then again, cops have abused their rights with me many times before, and i dont think that me refusing to put a camera away would go over well with police here.

  • GOOD JOB MAN....INSPIRATION FOR US ALL

  • Ha, that's freakin awesome. Good for you. Personally, I want to thank you for doing this video.
