  • Only Stevie Nicks can make the endlessly bland Sheryl Crow palatable to me. I do like some of her lyrics, but she just doesn't have the intensity, personality, or the voice to really ensnare me in a song like Stevie does.

  • @snowfish1121 - Surprised to see that someone thinks Sheryl's voice/style/etc is bland. If you have a few minutes, check out either or both of the following 2 videos to see if that changes your mind :-)

  • Stevie is AMAZING at the start of this. I could listen to her talk all day long.

  • @danielnordeen We men aren't the easiest creatures to understand either - despite what endless beer commercials and our own egos would have us believe. I think it pretty much evens out in that department all things considered.

  • @chicagofrank10 Billie was amazing. Billie, not Billy, by the way. Way to make assumptions there. If I was "blind to true greatness," I'd not be a Stevie fan.

  • @snowfish1121 You must be tone deaf.....or maybe blind to true greatness ;)

The irony is I felt the song was perfect for Cheryl and Stevie.Very complimentary personalties for a great song, but hey you probably think Billy Holiday was bland as well.

  • They're both beautiful talented musicians. Fuck who's better or less or more bland. Calm down Simon Cowells.

  • I love this song. I want to knw where to get this version

  • I have a face I cannot show - make the rules up as I go - and when these 2 women sing it with that knowing look Stevie gave Sheryl...truer words were never unsung or unspoken.

  • I have so much respect for these two. They need to duo more often

  • @andanicechianti I'm from Alabama. Sheryl Crow does have a some of that folk thing, buts its much more Cali folk than Bama folk. She watches the sun come up over Santa Monica Boulevard, not the Geaorgia rain falling Jasper county clay

BUT...yes, its just a generalization. i feel you. much love

  • @theblueangel28

FYI, Sheryl Crow isn't from CA. Born and raised in Missouri. Her style is more Southern/Folk than Cali.

  • dear lord. so much talent and hotness.

  • the slide guitarist featured here is brilliant.
