Mandy, I think you look beautiful, and I love that you posted this. THANK YOU so much for the inspiration. i'm not sure if you know how inspirational this can be for others. i just bought Sweatin to the Oldies and will use it until I am dreaming of Richard Simmons! ha! love to you! (oh, and your daughter is drop dead gorgeous, too!)
