Recorded at 2010 UTC, Tuesday 8 April, at 4840 khz USB. I'm not sure if evening slots are common for this station.
It's an automated lady voice with fairly rapid five-figure groups, ends with 'Out!' I missed the start, so unfortunately you don't get to hear the eponymous 'oblique'.
Numbers catchers note the station has a morse, German and Slavic counterpart, and believe the station to be Polish in origin (although it could have shared usership). I'm not sure what evidence there is for this, although the Conet Project booklet (the Conet project is THE original CD publicising numbers stations to the masses) refers to a 'reliable intelligence source'.
For those who are confused as to what a numbers station is, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Numbers_station
