I get what you're saying but I think liberals tend to say the words, racist, sexist, etc. Conservatives use a lot of code words so lik "real American" christian, family values. When they use these words they don't tend to show brown people. However, when they say thug, criminal, welfare queen, immigrant, they show brown faces. Not using the word gives them an out when they're criticized for being racist.

Being on the side of the racist??? How is that good or acceptable? The reason these people apologize is because they have sponsors who donate to them. So they try not to lose thier money. Ferraro has not sponsors so she can say what she chooses. You dont have a full grasp of the circumstances surrounding what is at stake. People say whatever they choose, but they apologize when they have something to lose. Try not to equate your life to those above your station.
