option A) Make some more holes
option B) put in some "molases" - best option, if the tobacco-pack is opened longer than a week

@FadyWalker Mine doesen't have a pipe going through like your one I presume it's because mine's a small one lol... but still works although the shisha/erb doesn't last 2long... is there ways of makin it last longer? lol : )

@simaoloureiro , hi the quantity of water can be like around 1/2 or a little less than that. All you need to make sure is the tip of the pipe, touches the water level. Slightly submerged in the water will also do, but then chances of water reaching upto the coal increases, if a dumb ass blow air back in the hose pipe. If the body end does not touch the water level, then there will be no vaccum and amount of smoke coming out of the hose pipe will be insufficient to enjoy,
