This workout is for serious body transformation; it combines explosive-reactive plyometrics with strength training, specifically designed to torch fat and calories, while toning and sculpting every inch of your body -- a quintessential format of The AR Program. There's a lot of squatting and lunging, which involves using the biggest muscles in your body, thus elevating your burn power ALL day. If it's results you're after, take this workout head on! And if you're an athlete, expect to elevate your performance by running faster, jumping higher, and having all over more power and stamina (especially great for runners)!
Don't worry if you can't get through 50 seconds of straight on each exercise, just do as much as you can during that period. The key is to keep coming back to it, the only way to see change is to put in the honest, hard effort!
BTW - RAWN IS MY NEW FAVORITE PERSON EVER!! He is hilarious and sweet and worked really really hard. He is on such a great track with his health that I wanted to push him hard. Rawn believes in me and I believe in him!!!!!

  • @MuseChick Aww don't be. It is an intense workout, but there is nothing to be scared of. If you feel like at anytime that you might be in danger of hurting yourself or it isn't fun just take a quick 5 min rest just to gather yourself. The worst thing to do is not having fun while working out!

  • oh my God, Wii Fit got nothing on Amanda Russell! I've been doing the wii thing for about a months and lost maybe 5 lbs. Just finished one round of this workout and I'm spent! Going to start doing this after wii yoga. Thank you for posting, Amanda!

  • Got any mass gaining tips for individuals with very fast metabolisms? I've been trying to lift heavier so I can work out my muscles harder. Thus more I try to tear muscle fibers. And have been taking Whey Protein and eating soybeans.

It's a great workout. I am still modifying the spiderman pushups but my ab getups are getting better. When I started I couldn't do those at all now I can do them with one arm help. my goal is to do them with no hands. Keep those videos coming Amanda. I love them all.
