Brocade Certified Engineers Best Paid Globally

Joe Cannata, Certification Program Manager, Brocade, discusses the recent Certification Magazine 40,000-person poll in 167 countries, naming its Brocade Certified Network Engineer (BCNE) certification the most lucrative in the world for 2009, and placing two of its other certifications in the top five. The publication, the top in its field, quoted the average salary of those holding the BCNE designation as $146,250. The other two Brocade top-five certifications were the third-place Brocade Certified SAN Manager (BCSM), at $136,020 and the fourth-place Brocade Certified Fabric Designer (BCFD), at $134,100.

Ciscos Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) placed 10th, at $120,130. The average salary for a Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate Enterprise Routing, is $95,980.
