havn't had much time to design a 12 week program and stick with it so I have been alternating between strength and conditioning training days. I do the Body Practice on most days as well.

  • Good Job, but I think you should also do a feldge on the rings for your complex, and if you are looking to get better at HSPU on the rings: just open your feet and let them touch the straps on the inside just for balance so you can learn how to push through it a few times.

    BTW if you look forward with a neutral head position for the support hold and fwd rolls on your movements your positions will be cleaner. Meaning, Don't look down, Always have a neutral head. and keep beasting it!!
