Just like being at a carnival! A table top deep fryer that can make up to 3 funnel cakes at a time. Funnel Cake Mix (75 servings) sold separately for $15.00.

This item DOES NOT INCLUDE:
-Funnel Cake Mix ($15.00): (Makes approx. 30-40 8 in. or 40-50 6 in. cakes)
-Deep frying oil (use 35 lb. clear frying oil)
-Water (90 oz. per bag of mix)
-Measuring cup
-Mixing Bowl
-Mixer or wire whip
-Tongs
-Toppings for the Funnel Cake

HEATING START TIME: Please allow at least 1 hour for oil to heat TO 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

COOKING TIME PER FUNNEL CAKE: About 30-45 seconds for each side. This Funnel Cake Fryer makes about 3 funnel cakes at a time.

STORING OF LEFTOVER BATTER: In the refrigerator. Must be warmed to room temperature to use again.

NOTE: Customer is responsible for disposal of used cooking oil. Please make sure the oil has been emptied from the fryer by the pick-up time given.
