@wally316 Yeah, they should be banned lol. But I don't have 98 UM so I had assumed that Rugal would be broken tier. But yeah, I'd like to see every boss nerfed, then they'd be more usable. But the only one who cant necessarily be nerfed is Orochi.

@thepurplemasher LOL you got b kidding you want 2 compare boss Rugal from arcade 02 why the hell u even compare him,his not permitted in Competition lol, Only pathetic loser's who choose him 2 win,N sadly find out they can't even play him in comp. That like if I decided 2 select gill in SF 3rd strike. Your not permitted 2 use him in comp,if u can't tell the differences in Rugal,Geese that I selected in KOF98um they have been seriously toned down,they boss,but not boss status.

@wally316 Yeah KOF 02 is pretty balanced, but at the same time I can't say the same for Rugal on 02. And not exactly, SNK is known for having HARD bosses. But when it really comes down to it, it's mainly the damage, and other stats that the boss has better than the player in SNK games. In capcom games the bosses are fairly more balanced to the player.

@thepurplemasher Yeah in there introduction of gaming but the kof in series 94 through kof13 they made remixes of there best balanced games which made the cut of kof98, kof02, As for every snk boss being broken the something can be said about any capcom boss. hahahahahahaha.
