Pookie Hudson & The Spaniels performs at Monore's 60th Birthday Party at MJ's Meeting Place. This was the last time I got a change to see Pookie Hudson perform. I apologize for the poor audio of this video. The sound system that night was out of calibration and greatly distorted quality of Pookie's fine voice. Inspite of this I still treasure that night and will miss the greatest DOO WOP singer of all times. Pookie Hudson.
pookie is 1 of a kind & never will we see another like him rip big guy you always kept your kool & love ya always

I saw Pookie and the Spaniels 4 or 5 times but always on stage with a shitty backing band. I am happy you gave me a chance to see him with a quality band in a club performance. Breathtaking. Wow. Thank you.
