It seems to me Dynasty was still quite good through the latter maligned years...it's the sub plots and supporting characters who dragged the show down. Alexis, Blake, Krystle and even Ben all had great story lines. I can't say the same for the children or Dominique.

I liked it better when Alexis owned the house. Blake could take Denver Carrington.

Steven and Amanda - the 2 most ungrateful kids to their mother EVER.
Blake and Krystle are cute...in a 1950s kind of way. I wish we got to see Krystle explore her business side, almost all the other women on this show did at some point, but she was just the housewife. Blake would have probably chucked her out of the house if she tried to be anything else.
Of course, Alexis and Dex were amazing in this episode. I think I'm liking them more and friends with benefits than an actual couple.

It's ironic that John Forsythe (Blake) and Christohper Cazenove (Ben) would die within days of each other. Watching this video, I forgot about the horrible mistake when they decided to recast Amanda with a woman that couldn't really act and was just too old for the part. One of the many things, I feel, brought the show down.
