Loki likes to chase his tail... He likes to intentionally taunt himself and pretend it's some wild creature. Maybe he's bored? Needs another hobby? The best is when he would actually catch it and bite it, he'd yelp and run away! Hilarious. Okay, yeah, and he had this bizarre ability to edit videos on the computer too.
It's rather magical that the song syncs up with his movements, I thank the 'editing gods' for that.
