tOSU (after self-vacating the 2011 Sugar Bowl win), has eight appearances in BCS Bowl games tied with Oklahoma for most in the country. But unlike Oklahoma who went 3-5, tOSU went 5-3. Iowa, only being able to make two BCS bowl games went 1-1. Funny how those facts just destroyed your pathetic attempt at saying "And judging by their Bowl record...couldn't even compete then." With 2 of those 3 losses coming from the national champion. A game you haven't been to in 53 years.

We have a one year bowl ban and we're still getting recruits Iowa could only dream of. I think we'll be just fine. Five players were suspended for selling their stuff for tattoos. The NCAA wanted to make an example of tOSU so they hit tOSU with a one year bowl ban. ESPN expects tOSU to make a title run in 2013. Where will Iowa be at? Oh yeah, no one cares.
