As a p90x graduate I went into Insanity fairly confident. The mixture of cardio and endurance training was crazy at first. After a while I started getting used to it and then month 2 came around. That knocked me on my butt. With increased intensity and length, if you don't get in shape with this program then you're not doing something right. lol
This workout is Max Interval Training on Day 40 of my 60 day transformation. Since I'm training for a half marathon, this is going to enhance my performance and endurance.
