Kebanke Kebonke = making fun of Yolanthe Cabau van Kasbergen's last name.
Apeldoorn = on 'queens day', some guy drove through a crowd in Apeldoorn and killed 8 or so people. It was called a terrrorist attack on the royal family by some.
Gordon = a famous Dutch egomaniac who sings, and laughs a lot about his own jokes.
Jan Smit = Dutch singer.
Balkenende = Jan Peter Balkenende, used to be prime minister of the Netherlands and failed to keep 4 consecutive coalitions together for the time that's usual for a government(4 years).
Albert Verlinde = famous Dutch gossip queen
Philip Freriks = Dutch news anchor
Limburg = south east provence of the Netherlands
Telegraaf/Vokskrant = Dutch newspapers
BNN = Dutch tv station

Ach ja, de Dalai Lama zal op z'n minst ook wel een beetje moeite hebben met het uitspreken van Nederlandse namen en woorden. Laat staan dat hij het verschil weet tussen bijvoorbeeld 'eens', ''s' en 'is'. ;-)
