The Needle: Fit or not all of us made it to the top of the Needle (Te Rua Manga) with Pa, our guide, it was very challenging on the legs indeed but we all made it up there. We hiked up from the northern end in Avatiu ending at Wigmore's Waterfall on the southern side of the island.
