  • nbaus I am just a 5'7 white guy and I can dunk over people. Anybody can do it, just use the right workout. I personally followed the one over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com but just about any workout is good as long as they work which many do not

  • nbaus, dam son that's crazy. That is coming from a 5 6 PG who can dunk with EASE. I used the nba training program at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) and gained past 14 ins on my dunk.
