A better evacuation plan could have helped once it had been determined that the storm was gonna hit. Had one been implemented about a weeks before the storm it could have saved residents and help ones without transportation. As for after the storm, we needed help from outside sources. It was pitch black at night and during day it seemed like the ocean swallowed the city. The water covered houses & buildings which made it hard to see how shallow the water was where u were. It wasn't easy at all.

about the everyone with the same check thing. it would be interesting to see. if we all got a big check you would eventually still have a poor class because of the mentality of the indivisual. me personally having obtained the knowledge that i have about finances i would improve my financial situation. someone else... maybe not.

The difference is the unprepared Local & State Gov. and the Prepared Local & State Gov. Hurricanes are a part of Nature and New O is below sea level. The fires can be natural, but some of these are Man-Made. Arson. Stop waiting for the Gov. to help you.

The Dem's have control of every Major City in the U.S. and Crime is worse than it's ever been. The Schools too. 70% drop-out. Help yourselves. Not you in particular. Why do Blacks keep voting the Dem's in? All they do is MAKE promises & never kept them for any of Us. Never. If they did the Major Cities would be better than anywhere else.
