...think chem cloud dispenser (creating a modulator shield) over magma chambers during Solar or Interstellar weather Inclusions of Cosmic Energy particles to reduce deep lithosphere induction heating and the ensuiong breeding of increase natural nuclear fission and you have a read made market that only a a blimp could handle so cheaply (pump up the chemical threw the "mooring hose" for low to mid altitude applications upwind during storm events.

Far cheaper than the current methods of chem spraying form Weather Modification Jet Tankers and far more pinpoint, reducing both cost and volume of environmental contaminants required

I often wonder if the military has a large lighter than aircraft flying that is top secret, because of its performance, unlike conventional airships,is their any proof, they have built airships in the past.

Yes but will it survive this pin?

Hello fellow Helium sniffers, what you see here is just a bag of gas. No chance of competing with the big boys at Hybrid Air Vehicles and Northrop Grumman with their 25 years history of producing designs by Roger Munk that were all successful. a blimp is an airship with only the gas supporting the envelope
