This is very cool as well as practical software. The pilot version is a snap to install. The Production version is a little more intensive but if you have any Websphere experience you should be fine. There is little resistants we have seen to this product. Since Social Networking has already proven to be very powerful outside of work. Its only natural to want to adopt those same type of powerful tools inside the enterprise.
