The Canadian Valley Rangerettes, of Mustang Oklahoma, captured the SportsQuest Cup with a victorious ride in the 1st "USEDC Ride of Champions ", during Super Ride VI: The 2008 United States Equestrian Drill Championship.
The "Ride of Champions" showcases USEDC Open Division National Champions, Reserve Champions and Second Runners-up from previous Super Ride competitions in a highly competitive ride-off for one of the sport's most prestigious prizes.
The Rangerettes would go on to capture the USEDC National Open Drill Championship, thus becoming the first team to capture back-to-back Open Division national titles at the Super Ride.
The event was held at the Texas Rose Horse Park, near Canton, Texas.
