That's what Mary Kay (Shirley Maclaine), the leader of one cosmetics company, finds out when an upstart firm with lots of buzz led by Jinger Health (Parker Posey) starts fighting lacquered tooth and manicured nail to unseat Mary Kay. But with the help of her brilliant assistant, Lexi Wilcox (Shannen Doherty), Mary Kay's determinated to annihilate the competition.

Mary Kay had three children 2 boys and a girl. He daughter was the first Mary Kay director, her oldest son was married with children and did not join them in Rthe begining, only later one, her son Richard was with her from the begining and he was very young, only 20 years old. Read her autobiography to learn all about it.
