May is National Physical Fitness Month. Test yourself with this Fitness video workout from Hilton Head Health - www.hhhealth.com Do four basic exercises squat, push up, crunch and jumping jack as many as you can in 60 seconds. Take the H3 Fitness Challenge!

  • 40 squats, 33 push-ups, 47 crunches, 61 jumping jacks. And performed in my jammies!!!

  • HHH thanks for the wake up call! Im posting these beginning, and less than stellar personal performance results, as a reminder and incentive to keep on working to improve my personal best. Squats 30; Pushups 27; Crunches 30; Jumping Jacks 48

  • I know, you think about doing exercise but you don't get around to it. Adam is an awesome coach, please listen to what he is saying. You don't have to do 100 push ups the first time! How do I know? Adam got me through boot camp here at HHI today. I don't remember my totals, but I really don't care. What I do care about is Adam got a 313 pound couch potato through the toughest class here. He encouraged me when I faltered, and he didn't criticize me when I didn't do something right. Go for it!!!
