How to play audio file's WITHOUT Windows media player [vb 2008/.NET]

In this video, i'll show you how to play sounds without the windows media player object. This video covers how to play an audio file in your resources, so it's not included as a .wav file when you compile, but then its only a .exe :D. I need 3 buttons, 1 for normal siren, which always repeats, and 2 more, wail and yelp, so when I hold wail, the siren stops, and when I release wail the siren starts (Keyboard shortcuts are nice) Please help and ill sub !
