@sp8211a That's so true, I just watched a bunch of interviews of David and Dolly Parton, Bette, and other stars, and he was so not interested and kinda bored! I think he has the hots for Cher! In the early 70s, she sure was the one of the hottest, magnetizing women! Still is!

Letterman IS an a**hole, just nobody ever had the guts to tell him before.  I'm guessing it probably did something for him because he somewhat improved after that.

Funny story, because right before this show was taped, David found out that Cher didn't want to come on the show because she thought he was an a**hole. She had mentioned that in an interview. So here you can see he's challenging Cher to see if she will actually say it on the air. You can also see Cher KNOWS that, because she is kind of avoiding the subject. But then she says it, which David had never expected haha
