Ha! I'll be a "marching rebel" next year, and I play the quads. It sucks even more when you can't see the horse poo you're stepping in from the drums!

Brings back memories! I was born in Franklin, butgrew up in Nashville. However, my family visited both sets of grandparents in Franklin nearly every Saturday.
My father's parents lived just about 2 blocks off Main St. When I was very young my mother, sister, and I would watch the parade from a 2nd story window of my great uncle's store on Main St.

this is amazing! I was a "Marching Rebel" and had to march the Rodeo Parade from 2002 until 2006. Marching over all the horse poo - argh. I nearly died each time (largest bass drum).

There was rarely audio on 8mm film back then. Glad you liked it though! :)
