Zanardi is a hero for what he has done since his 2001 crash.

BUT...that was a great move but should have been penalised...he was clearly going way too fast to brake and just missed the next corner.

Is that really the rule? Im not saying you're wrong or anything but I think that's a little weird, because you can set your line up with the intention of cutting off/going off, gaining speed that wouldnt be there unless you knew you were going off, but as long as you pass your target before you go off its ok? Odd

@anttrap321 It's all legal. The pass is fine. Everyone agrees with that, and making a mistake like that and cutting the corkscrew is legal as long as you don't gain position from it. Technically he already had made his pass, so his cutting the corner is legal. It's sort of a cheap move, but it's technically fine. It's ballsy as hell.

@Hiei2k7 dont u get it? Im not saying that the pass was illgal...... the passing part is totally legal. but he short cut the corner. doesnt matter where the other car is. unless short cutting a corner is legal in that race.....

He is actually legal when he does that. Because he is already ahead of the car he passed, he can touch and go over the lines. He just couldn't do it in order to pass the car.
