when i work out i never really thought about having a post work out shake or greek yogart but i dont want to have a protein shake/smoothie just for lunch or dinner. (depending on the time i work out) So how should i do this? Do I just have a smoothie for my meal? have a small amount of it with my other food? or just about have the protein shake and have my food? ( the protein shake serving that katrina and karena make) thanks!!
