  • In order to burn fat, you need to incorporate at least 30 minutes per workout of cardio exercise. Things that you can do at home are jump rope, jumping jacks, jogging in place, and stair climbs. You can build all the muscle in the world, but you have to burn the fat that lies on top if the muscle for your body to look toned. Muscle mass does help you burn fat quicker, but cardio gives you even more of a fat burning boost. Hope it helps!

  • Hi hi! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate lost a lot of weight with it.

  • How many days should you do the strength moves on ball vs. cardio. I've heard 3 days of each with two days off. So every other day cardio and strength every other day.

  • Just a stupid question but would doing teobo be a good cardio to do in between ball exercises?

  • iono but eat healthy, even if you do exercises, if you eat crap, or over eat, you'll be big
