Now I am actually going to comment.
The song feels like...the character (Hitei, who is in place of Yuki) is trying to...break out of something, like perhaps a virus? I don't know, it just has a vibe that she is trying to escape, and I guess the way the voice is (quieter than the music, sort of like the weird music above it is the sort of virus) and it does, in a strange way, represent Yuki, because she is trying to escape being a humanoid interface and to have emotions, and to be with Kyon.

The idea of her trying to get away from a "virus" comes from the fact that most of the sound distortion comes from the file being corrupted... So I came up with the idea of her getting a standard computer virus causing parts of her being to get corrupted, including her voice which is why it's quiet and slightly distorted. So I suppose she's defying the fact that she is damaged and supposedly useless by trying to sing, and hoping she can escape the virus that is holding her back.
