You know what u've always loved the most. Seeing Anneke...This woman with a beautiful,. almost soulful voice...Makes the metalhead crowd band their heads as if this were simply another metal band. Classic!

I can´t say I prefer one version over the other, but this is the far more emotional one. I just close my eyes and listen to her angelic voice and everything around fades away. With the old version I had (obviously^^) more the "yeah wanna headbang" feeling going on. But both versions are awesome!

They totally erased the Metal from this version, what a disgrace. I almost fell asleep watching this.

and btw unforgivable to take out the double bass drum out of this version, it gave such a power to the song

I believe the combination of Smith and Anneke would have been a perfect match. Too bad they couldn't bring that for once together.
When Anneke arrived they changed music style, which is not bad, but calling mandylion doom is just misplaced

I like both versions of the song. With Smiths you just hear 'cool' music , but with Anneke you can really feel the emotions that the lyrics transmits , " always... "
