@shinjyusei Yes, and Halloween is the correct time and place to put on a costume and have fun with your friends. Seriously, it's like 6 or less hours of one day in the whole year, do people really not have patience for a few foreigners dressing up one day out of the year?

I think those people have problems beyond being annoyed. I'm willing to bet that it's more of an internal struggle that they are projecting onto the world and pinning on foreigners.

From a personal stand point it looks like an awesome party. I just wouldn't participate because I know the Japanese don't approve.

However if this was sponsored by JR and the Tokyo government I would be the first one on the train.  Seriously!
