@camtheman Yes I agree, it would make a great park with benches and some paths to stroll. I'm sure they fenced it off to keep folks from getting hit by the traffic. It's super loud there too, I'm not sure how the swallows stand the car noise LOL.

i always found it retarded that they built that waterfall on the side of the 10, they should of put it somewhere accessible, looks even nicer up close.
