A trip of the squad of survival and wilderness explorations to a very beatiful waterfall located 2 hours (walking) from Quesada City in San Carlos ,Costa Rica.
My brother decided to film the road to the waterfall, while I try not to slip on the path which is very steep and slippery, I carry a heavy backpack with first aid and survival equipment which hinders my balance, while my brother only carries his hydration backpack, which allows him to run down so easily.
Actually this is the first waterfall in a series of three, which increase their height gradually.
You need to watch your step because the rocks near the rivers are covered with slime and are very slippery, which could cause a severe fall (can cause fractures or ligament sprains, or if you're lucky only a contusion or bruise)


Cerca de mi ciudad natal, a 2 horas de caminata se encuentra una hermosa catarata.
Mi hermano decide filmar el camino que lleva a la catarata , mientras yo trato de no resbalar por el sendero el cual es muy empinado y resbaloso, yo llevo una pesada mochila con equipo de sobrevivencia y primeros auxilios lo cual dificulta mi balance.
Mientras que mi hermano solo lleva su equipo de hidratacion, lo cual le permite salir corriendo hacia abajo muy facilmente.En realidad esta es la primera catarata en una serie de tres, las cuales aumentan su altura de manera progresiva
Tambien es necesario vigilar tus pasos porque las piedras cerca de los rios estan cubiertas de baba y son altamente resbalosas, lo cual podria ocasionar una severa caida y en el peor escenario una torcedura o fractura
