Incredible, what chemistry, the way Miss Fleming looks at him even when the singing is over... Thank you so much for posting this. I have the DVD of the New York production, but the passion here seems even more urgent

Oh, look at his face when she tells him she loves him! Whoever says that Dmitri's acting is stiff is very mistaken. I've always seen his acting as subtle and nuanced, and, most importantly, never overdone.

@asta62 Constantine Orbelian. He happens to be the first American (albeit of Russian descent) to become the music director of an ensemble in Russia - in this case, the Moscow Chamber Orchestra.
