The rule is, even if the leader spins his tires, he must be the first car to the line no matter what. I am a big fan of Austin Dillon, but i think he should have backed off Elliott's bumper, but instead, he pushed Sadler into a black flag and cost him the race :) Keselowski deserved to win, not Sadler
