@hrah20 It's off of an album called "Bonkers - Original Hardcore" the song is called "Pacman" (Naturally! :p) and it's by "Topvibe Vs Dj Sy"

As the bonkers albums are mainly released in the UK, you may have difficulty finding it if you're overseas! :(
