Man, it was always there. You just need to use incognito windows.

The one thing I keep wishing for, especially now with the addition of this feature, is consistency between all Google profiles. I don't want a separate account for YouTube, Gmail and Chrome. I want to log in with a single username and password, have my personailzed Chrome ready to go, open with Gmail and YouTube, ready to go.
