this song was composed by peter james and the bass guitarist from an old 60s band called the black jacks a welsh band, the lead singer died from the blackjacks and the song was stolen.

kcired23 informed me that Rock A- Teens Woo Hoo in 1959 is the covered song here. I agree that the rift is in many songs; howevery the Rock A- Teens song is similar down to the lyrics.
