Well, to descibe other peole as sheep is very arrogant, patronising, snobbish and thoroughly defensive reflecting personal insecurity. It alos fails to understand the very complex reasons that motivate our thought and behaviour. It means that doesn't like (many) people and amy even be not that fond of himself deep down.
